Servicer Frequently Asked Questions
We will offer rates that are competitive in each market, and in some cases a premium to market rates. We understand that service call volume from ASKO will not equate to that of larger, mass premium brands. Our goal is to make up for the difference in volume by (1) paying competitive rates and (2) being the easiest service partner with which you do business.
We will process warranty claims in whichever way is easiest for you.
As the exclusive distributor for ASKO in the western United States, our goal is not to minimize service costs. We view after sales service as an extension of our sales and marketing efforts.
We will not “nickel and dime” you or look for ways to avoid paying a claim. That is not our ethos.
Candidly, we invest way too much time, energy, and political capital building luxury brands only to have our efforts cut down by poor service.
We are expanding into service to make sure end customers of our brands receive the service quality they deserve.
