The most efficient way for you to get service is to enter your ZIP Code below to see a list of authorized servicers near you. This is true whether or not your product is in warranty, as unlike many manufacturers, we do not require pre-authorization for warranty service on ASKO products.
Of course, we would be more than happy to facilitate this for you, but we often find it just creates a game of telephone between us, you, and the servicer …. resulting in a longer time to get your product back in a good way.
You can also improve your speed of service if you are ready to provide the servicer with your model number, serial number, article number, and date of purchase. The serial and article numbers can be found on the serial tag in the unit. It is generally fairly straightforward to locate, but please reach out to us with any issues!
